Influenced by her professional career, Caroline Marcant’s view of the world is shaped by her experience as a graphic designer, where each element is presented as a composition of lines, curves, and geometries. Contrasts exert an irresistible attraction on her, as does the interplay of light and colour. Acrylic, collage, pastel, and pencil are mediums that offer unique possibilities in terms of colour, brightness, and contrast, enabling her to layer depth and complexity in her works.

Her abstractions aim to capture the essence of reality through emotional landscapes, prioritizing interior universes over physical scenes. She seeks to evoke atmospheres, awaken emotions, and narrate stories.

Her creations become receptacles for invisible narratives, inviting viewers to embark on a personal exploration of the imagination.

Each piece arises from deep introspection, where her own experiences and observations materialize through shapes and colours. At the heart of her artistic process lies an exploration of emotion and the human condition.

She intends to guide the viewer on a journey, encouraging them to dive into a visual universe where the boundaries between the real and the imaginary dissolve. In doing so, she sculpts a parallel world infused with poetry and mystery.

As an artist, Caroline Marcant’s ultimate goal is to create works that transcend linguistic and cultural barriers, inviting viewers to a profound aesthetic and emotional experience. Through abstraction and exploring various mediums, she aims to open doors to new inner worlds, where beauty resides in free interpretation and infinite contemplation.
