Mariclair Plant, paintings

Contemporary painter, Mariclair finds in lyrical abstraction the foundations of her current artistic practice. Inspired by the currents of automatism and abstract expressionism, her vibrant and poetic works project us into universes where the sensitive rubs shoulders with the invisible.

Mariclair's works now travel all over the world: in Canada, Europe and the United States.

Yves De Montigny, sculpture

A self-taught artist, Yves de Montigny mainly devotes himself to direct carving. Stone, wood, bronze, the material is as raw as the emotion conveyed. De Montigny explores the body in all its forms, sometimes playing with movement, sometimes with suggestion to bring out a reaction, a questioning, a reflection. Reflection on the way we look at ourselves, on others, on the trials that build us or deconstruct us.

Andrée Marcoux, drawings, paintings and sculptures

Fascinated and in love with fauna and flora, Andrée Marcoux has always given an important place to drawing in her life. First inspired by the landscape, she now reconciles animal painting and still lifes by combining painting, sculpture and scratchboard. Placing emotion at the center of his works, the artist from the Eastern Townships tends to take his subjects into action to convey, in a sincere naturalness, all the purity of the emotion conveyed by the gaze.

Paul Morissette, oils on canvas

Paul Morissette likes to present landscapes, integrating elements that refer to popular culture. He subtly marries the history of the Eastern Townships, his region, with that of a naive vision of tradition. From his paintings, emanates a silence that plunges us back into our memories, our roots, our deep culture.
