"My paintings are always born from one or more of my photographs but move away from them during the composition by offering a more abstract and schematized or more complex and whimsical vision. The fabrics of my clothes become skinned.

Skin of women who are not me but who inhabit me or at least who presented themselves and whom I reproduced. The leaf veins are land and ocean, where I live, where I come from. My work is an exploration in which I find more than I seek.

My paintings develop by themselves more than I create them with images that I carried, that we carry, images of earth, egg, skin or bark, birth and light. Pictorially, the infinitesimal and the infinite resemble each other. My eye sometimes uses a microscope sometimes a telescope.

As in dreams, I travel through space or find myself in the heart of the cell, tracing, through the magic of digital, these dreamlike images".
